Fall 11

TRIBE OF HER OWN
Inspired by African and Indian art/fabrics, this collection spoke of the woman who is confident, intriguing and cultural. The richness of ethnic art, fabrics and prints is the heart of this collection, partnered with our aesthetic of modern, youthful silhouettes birthed exuberant designs. Our girl is strong, assured, sexy and never overdone. She’s luxuriously eclectic in all of her choices, especially her clothing. Our sumptuous fabrics, colors, and intricate detailing is walking art, with a wearable ease. Voluminous proportions and textural fabrics lend the emotions of ethnic cultures to each garment. We provided strong “IT” dresses, perfect pants, and statement tops that ensure each piece be a standout. This collection made its debut at Charleston’s Fashion Week amongst the front row viewing eyes of Anne Slowey (Elle Magazine) Janie Bryant (Mad Men costume designer) Derek Blasberg and the legendary Fern Mallis (creator of New York Fashion Week)!
